Project A - #ACTIVATE

Objective:
Project A was looking to build on the soft-rebrand and content strategy we had created for them the year prior. They needed comprehensive content creation to attract both conference attendees and future sponsors, including videos and animations for all stages, and designs for all their digital materials.
Execution:
We were responsible for all digital content for PAKCon 2024, catering to over 2000 attendees across 6 locations throughout Berlin. We developed a comprehensive content narrative around the theme "Activate" that flowed through all conference materials, from in-event videos, music, and animations, to conference after-movie and a series of short form videos involving conference participants. To fully "Activate" the audience, we designed and produced 50 disposable photo cameras that we handed out to the audience. This gave us truly "real" and "authentic" content to work into all the post conference content.
Results:
Our efforts ensured a cohesive and engaging digital presence that lived up to the PAKCon brand’s high standards, enhancing the overall conference experience and attracting significant attendee engagement both in-person and online. In addition, our post-conference content is repurposable to generate buzz and attract new sponsors for next year's conference.
