Objective:
Project A sought to retain their strong branding while giving it a fresh, updated look. They needed comprehensive content creation to attract conference attendees, including videos and animations for all stages, and designs for all their digital materials.
Execution:
We were the sole vendors responsible for all digital content for PAKCon 2023, catering to 1,700 physical attendees and over 10,000 online streaming attendees. We developed a strategic narrative that flowed through all conference materials, from pre-conference hype videos to in-event videos, music, and animations, culminating in a dynamic conference recap video. Our work included a light rebranding or 'facewash' of their existing brand, ensuring a modern yet consistent look.
Results:
We delivered all digital assets used on cinema screens across five dedicated cinemas for panel discussions and talks, pre-conference teaser videos, in-event videos and animations, and a compelling aftermovie. Additionally, we managed all digital assets for the live stream, ensuring a seamless experience for the online audience. Our efforts ensured a cohesive and engaging digital presence that lived up to the PAKCon brand’s high standards, enhancing the overall conference experience and attracting significant attendee engagement both in-person and online.
